Digitizing is a process through which the artwork is converted into a digital format that the embroidery machine can understand. Therefore, embroidery digitizing is a process through which the artwork into a stitch file so that today’s embroidery machine can understand it and it can be interpreted as different stitch types. Now the digitizer prepares the artwork for embroidery digitizing. Our dedicated digitizers firstly analyze the artwork; they make sure and check if it needs to be edited for embroidery. However different designs requires different alterations, just as some designs needs to be resized, many needs to be simplified,  small texts may be enlarged and many other essential things needs to get done. Once the artwork has been modified into graphic program then the file is opened up into the embroidery program. Here it is used as a template so that a stitch file can be created. Now, our experts decide the pathing sequence of stitches in the design from start to end.  However, pathing can completely affect that how the embroidered design will lie when it is finished. Because, if the design is embroidered in the wrong sequence then there may be unwanted gaps of fabrics and uneven texts. However, how long the design will run the embroidery machine during the embroidery process will also be affected by the pathing. While moving forward, the next step that our highly skilled digitizers take is that they assign the stitch types to each section of design. Basically, it is started from adding underlay stitches. These underlay stitches cannot be seen on the finished logo. Though, having the perfect underlay stitches is necessary if you want to create a good looking logo. Underlay helps in stabilizing the fabric to the backing, which lay down the nap of the fabric so that the remaining stitches may have a smooth surface to embroider and it also adds density to the design. There are basically three main types of stitches, one is the “run stitch” another is “fill stitch” the last one is satin (column) stitch. Each of these stitches is used for doing different phases of embroidery. While deciding the stitches our digitizers also consider the fabric on which the design is going to be embroidered. Another important part of embroidery is the “push and pull.” The design shifts its positions while being embroidered. This will cause some of the stitches to shrift. But, it is not a big deal for us, our digitizers can take account for the possible effects of push and pull on the design. They make proper adjustments really quicker in order to save the precious time. these services can be easily availed by our high quality fast embroidery digitizing. Therefore, the fast embroidery digitizing services which are offered by us can really help you to achieve such benefits in much lesser time.
